I’m very pleased with the service I received from Allcott Associates from the initial booking through to the final report. Very easy process, efficient, faster than I expected and competitively priced. Chris completed a very thorough inspection of the property for our Homebuyer survey and produced a detailed report clearly explained with plenty of photos. He was also available to answer any queries we had. Great service! Would use again!

Really good and professional service by Chris who gave a really detailed report and highlighted all the areas which were of concern. Did have a miscommunication with the correct key not being provided for the garage so the survey couldn’t be completed there at first. But Chris returned to the property at another date with the correct key and updated our survey. Overall very satisfied with the service and would recommend to anyone!
The level 3 survey that was carried out by Chris Dunstan was very detailed with many photos helping me to understand the true condition of the property I was buying. The detailing of the timescales as to the urgency of repairs required together with suggested estimates of the cost of repairs was extremely helpful.
