Very professional company to deal with. From initial communication to completion of the survey this was all done in a timely manner, couldn’t ask for a better service.

Had agreed a fee verbally of £250 +VAT. The Lady on reception checked with a surveyor as well, which they agreed too. Had the surveyor out, said they would send me the questionnaire and the invoice. Then when it came time to pay they changed to £300 +VAT. Said they wouldn't accept anything less, not sure why they would agree, then change it last minute.

Spend more money and go to reputable surveyors who value your custom and provide good customer service. Avoid at all cost !! I was unfortunate to have had used this company for a home report which had so many major errors. The company lacks professionalism, Gary does not return your phone calls or reply to your emails.. I would not recommend this person or company to anyone.. very poor !!
