Homebuyers in Leicester seeking a building survey have left feedback centred on the work of Jake, whose inspection was described as thorough and efficient. The report is said to be comprehensive, and the period between the initial call and receipt of the finished document was singled out as impressively short.

Communication features in the accounts, with Jake reportedly reachable by telephone to answer questions about the survey, both while arranging the inspection and afterwards. Pricing is characterised as competitive and reasonable given the standard of service. The process, from instruction to delivery of the report, is portrayed as running without delay, and the inspection itself is described as detailed enough to give confidence in the purchase.
