Andrews Eades Chartered Surveyors

Andrews Eades Chartered Surveyors is a firm that several customers have turned to for building surveys, homebuyers surveys and valuations in the Summertown area of Oxford. More than one review highlights the speed of the response and the thoroughness of the final report, with one describing a comprehensive document and another noting that the promised turnaround was honoured without chasing. A point that comes up often is the value offered, with clients judging the service good value for their needs.

Communication is praised, particularly a phone call on the day of inspection that kept the customer informed, and the surveyor is described as kind in providing that update. The punctuality of replies, even during busy periods, is highlighted alongside the reliability of the promised delivery window. The firm's work is presented as well organised and considerate, with the advice given proving clear and useful. Praise centres on the quality of the written survey, the timeliness of the whole process and the courteous manner of the surveyor, all of which left customers prepared to recommend the service to others seeking a building survey or valuation.
