Time wasters. Sought out a survey - was told it could be done - emailed multiple times to chase a date - then 6 days later, told they were too busy. Time wasters.

Excellent communication. Especially from Zoe who was extremely helpful and always super quick to respond. She set our expectations for a realistic date and provided a quote. We were super impressed when this date was brought earlier by a week. The communication after the survey was really helpful especially for a first time buyer.The report was thorough and easy to understand. We wouldn't hesitate to use Andrews Eades again and would recommend them to others as well.
