Apex Party Wall Surveyors

Party wall agreements sit at the centre of the work carried out by Apex Party Wall Surveyors, and the feedback left by clients concentrates on how smoothly those arrangements are concluded for all sides involved. One neighbour put the firm forward directly, an endorsement that persuaded a customer who had initially been somewhat doubtful. That same account describes a detailed schedule of condition prepared internally and externally ahead of a loft conversion next door, with the inspection completed before building work started. Professional and reliable is how another client sums up the service, a view echoed elsewhere in the comments.

More than one customer describes the process of settling a party wall agreement as straightforward, with the firm acting for every party and keeping matters moving without friction. A recurring theme is the relief that a potentially awkward neighbourly process was resolved calmly and that the outcome suited everyone rather than one side. Instructions are picked up promptly and the work is followed through to a conclusion, which is what those writing the accounts value most. The surveyor's role in residential conversions and the associated agreements shapes the pattern of the work described.
