Barnett Surveyors ltd

I was very pleased with the survey produced by Michael. The whole process of booking him in was straightforward and the survey output was produced within 3 or 4 days. A bunch of things stood out. Firstly, the price was competitive and I felt that I got good value for money. Secondly, Michael clearly has a pertinent career background as the language used in the survey report was very specific and highlighted things that I suspect other surveyors would miss. Lastly - I was really impressed with the use of drones to assess the roof and high-up places. The drone photos and observations derived from them were very valuable.

Michael undertook our survey very promptly and to a high level of quality. He was also happy to discuss the report in more detail over the phone. Would use again and recommend to anyone needing a survey doing.

I recently used Barnett Surveyors for a survey on a house I’m in the process of buying and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. The survey itself was extremely thorough, with a detailed and in-depth report that gave me a clear understanding of the property. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and they were always helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Barnett Surveyors to anyone looking for a reliable and professional surveying service!

Michael was fantastic from my first email to him. I asked for a Level 2 survey and he was professional, timely and approachable in all our conversations via email & in person. The survey report was done quickly after the appointment, it was detailed and very well put together. Michael later spent 45 minutes or so speaking to me as I wanted to talk about a few of the things on the report. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michael Barnett Surveyors Ltd.

Michael did a Home Survey Level 2 for my house purchase. He is very professional and patient. He explained the report clearly and gave me valuable advice. Michael also replied to all my questions and emails incredibly quickly. Thank you for your excellent service. Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend Michael to anyone. Great and fast communication, very approachable & professional. Michael conducted our help to buy survey and I could see how thorough he was in his work in comparison to our buyers surveyors who surveyed the property. I only wish we were purchasing in the same area so he could have conducted the survey on our onward property. Very quick on turnaround for the report and also in changes when we needed them for Homes England. Also very competitive on price in comparison to other quotes I received.

Would highly recommend Michael did an excellent Job on our Level 2 survey . Polite helpful and was able to have a follow up call. Would definitely use again and will recommend him to friends and family .
