Truly excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment of my initial enquiry, everything at every stage has been handled extremely professionally and promptly. Communication has been brilliant. The survey was organised quickly and I received a thorough report which provided a lot of useful information, and we were then able to go through it on the phone which was very useful. I would have absolutely no hesitations in recommending Bramble & Wagg and if I require any further services in the future I will be coming straight back. Excellent RICS level 2 survey, i understand from my seller that Nicola and the other surveyor were over the property "like ants" which is very good to hear. Survey clearly worded, good drone footage of the roof and findings clearly backed by evidence, recommendations well supported. Also made good comment on the heriditament as a whole. Thank you Nicola.

My husband and I received excellent service from B&W on request for a survey for a house purchase. Even before we had received a quote, the customer service was great. Jon advised us appropriately regarding the level of survey required, quickly provided us with a quote, and upon instruction contacted the estate agent on our behalf to organise the survey. All communication was quick and easy. The survey itself was well-organised, thorough and easy to understand. We had a follow up phone call with Nicola who went through the survey with honesty and professionalism. I would highly recommend, we will definitely use B&W again!
We booked a Level 3 survey through Bramble and Wagg. Jon was very helpful on the phone, explaining the process, liaising with the estate agent and booking our survey in. We received a detailed 97 page report just over a week later with photos and guidance on what to do next. We then arranged a telephone call with Nicola the Director of the company and the chartered surveyor who surveyed the house for us. She was extremely knowledgable and answered all of our questions to help us make an informed decision about our house purchase.
