BTB Surveyors

Fraudulent. Email account is closed, they have been removed from survey booking website. No way of contacting via mobile. Am currently seeking a full refund of my £470 through the bank. Do not book with them.

Very responsive, very professional & well priced. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely customer service, sent me my report over the weekend. Extremely transparent about time constraints and straight to the point. Most useful party in the house buying process - was looking at an old property for an investment. Will definitely use again

I booked a Level 3 survey with BTB Surveyors and I’m extremely glad I chose them. From the outset, Marisa in the office was helpful, responsive, and highly efficient, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Michael, the surveyor, was outstanding. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for his work were immediately evident. It was a pleasure meeting him on the day of the survey, where he took the time to explain his findings clearly and offered valuable guidance throughout. The survey report itself was thorough, well-presented, and incredibly informative. It highlighted significant defects that we would otherwise have been unaware of and ultimately enabled us to negotiate a substantial reduction in our offer. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend BTB Surveyors to anyone looking for a detailed, professional, and trustworthy survey.

We had an excellent experience with BTB Surveyors from start to finish. Mike was absolutely brilliant — on two separate occasions! The first time, he took the time to explain everything clearly over the phone, which really helped us make the informed (and ultimately right) decision to withdraw our offer. The second time, he went above and beyond to expedite our survey report, getting it ready in less than a week without compromising on detail or quality. Marisa was also fantastic — always quick to respond to emails, incredibly professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. We couldn’t recommend BTB Surveyors highly enough — professional, efficient, and truly caring. A five-star service all around.

I had an excellent experience working with BTB Surveyors, and I want to extend a huge thank you to Michael and Marisa for their professionalism, expertise, and outstanding customer service. From start to finish, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Michael's knowledge and attention to detail were impressive, ensuring that every aspect of the survey was thorough and accurate. Marisa was incredibly helpful, always responsive and willing to answer any questions I had along the way. Their dedication and commitment to providing top-notch service truly stood out.

Booked survey online via website which was really easy. Survey was done as per communication from BTB team. Got report when we were told report was going to be sent and had time to chat with Michael after we have report about recommendations. Great service and would recommend to family & friends. Thank you to the BTB team.
