C W Johnson Limited Chartered Surveyors

C W Johnson proved an excellent service provider for the task at hand, equally important he knew the area

Chris was professional, approachable and provided our survey report in a very quick turnaround time, for a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services.

A highly professional service with strong communication. The report was very detailed and prepared to a very tight timescale. A little more expensive than other quotes, but worth it for a quality one-to-one service that would be hard to get from larger commercial providers. I 100% recommend CWJohnson Ltd.

Based on previous reviews we choose C W Johnson to provide our survey.  Chris completed this promptly, provided a detailed report and was happy to answer any questions we had regarding this and gave us good advice.  Due to his professionalism we then decided to use his services again when planning an extension.  Again Chris has been extremely helpful in putting us in contact with contractors.  He has dealt with the planning process, liaising with Building Control and Anglian Water in connection with a Build Over Agreement on our behalf.  We feel he has gone the extra mile to assist us and would highly recommend his services.

CW Johnson was great to work with. We needed the survey completed as soon as possible, which he did and even got us the report quickly too. Thank you.

CW Johnson have been great to work with. We found them to be good value and flexible to our needs.

I've had 2 contacts with Chris Johnson over the last 12 months and experienced a timely responsive and supportive professional service on both occasions in regard to a defects survey and signposting to other applicable building professionals; wouldn't hesitate to contact him again if needed - thanks Chris!
