AVOID THIS COMPANY! Very disappointed in the service and the company showed a complete lack of accountability when issues were raised. We had a Level 2 survey and basic issues were not identified, a toilet was leaking, a visible puddle. The back door didn’t work at all, clearly hadn’t even opened the back door. Front window didn’t lock, basic safety checks. We raised this and they completely denied any accountability. Disappointing response and complete lack of accountability. Would never use again. AVOID!

When you live in another town and appoint a company to carry out a survey on your behalf, you expect professionalism, diligence, and attention to detail. Sadly, Camsure were lacking in this regard and have now caused delays to our property purchase. Very disappointed with the Level 3 survey carried out by them. Prior to the survey, we provided a detailed list of specific queries relating to the property. Receipt of these was acknowledged before the inspection took place. However, the final report failed to meaningfully address most of the points raised. Most concerning was that a functioning utility/outbuilding containing a washing machine and dryer was referred to in the report simply as “storage room”, which genuinely makes me question whether parts of the property were properly inspected at all. It came across as lazy reporting. When I later spoke with the surveyor by telephone, I was informed that our queries may have been “outside the scope” of their service, which I find completely absurd considering these concerns were raised and acknowledged well in advance of the inspection date. Had this been communicated earlier, we would simply have instructed an alternative survey provider. Instead, we have been left with delays, additional costs, and the need to seek further professional advice elsewhere. For what is marketed as a professional Level 3 survey, the service received fell well below expectations. We have now formally contacted the company seeking a resolution. At present, this has been a complete waste of our time, money, and resources.

Very disappointed with this survey. A Level 3 survey was carried out on the property, yet significant damp in the chimney stack inside the loft was not identified correctly in my opinion. The brickwork in the attic is visibly damp and deteriorated, and the survey photos themselves show the chimney area was accessible at the time. Despite raising this with the company and providing evidence, the response has avoided addressing why this internal issue was not specifically reported. For the highest level of survey, I expected a far more thorough inspection.

Friendly, professional and thorough company. I made a note to definitely use Camsure Homes Ltd for a level 2 homebuyers survey after their Survey Coordinator, Georgina, had provided me with some very useful information when I was considering a purchase last year. I appreciated this assistance as I wasnt necessarily booking at that time. I ordered a Level 2 last month for a different property. The surveyor, Stephanie, called before and after the survey was carried out to give me the opportunity to express concerns and ask questions. I received the report within 24 hours and has been available for follow up questions since. Highly recommend.

We recently engaged Camsure Homes to do a Level Building Survey for a property we were looking to purchase. The surveyor Harry Johnson was excellent and we were very pleased with the quality of his work. He called us before and after the inspection to discuss key issues; and the final report was delivered within 48 hours. Highly recommended and would use them again.

Excellent service! Bradly kept us updated throughout - calling beforehand to check if there was anything specific we wanted looked at and following up afterwards to confirm the visit had taken place. The report was completed and sent through quickly too.

Excellent service from start to finish and thereafter. We comissioned a Level 3 survey on a property after our offer was accepted. Bradly was our surveyor, he was very thorough, and identified several important details that we had missed. He was also not just available but actually keen to follow up by phone if we had any questions on his report.
