Castle Surveyors Ltd

Valuation reports, Level 2 surveys and Homebuyers Survey Reports form the core of the work described by customers of Castle Surveyors Ltd, with probate valuations also featuring among the accounts. Wayne is named repeatedly as the surveyor behind the inspections, and reviewers consistently highlight his thoroughness and the efficiency with which the reports are compiled.

The written output attracts particular praise: a handful of customers describe reports as clear, precise and detailed, setting out areas of concern or matters needing further investigation in a way that is easy to follow. Communication is a recurring theme, both before the job and afterwards, with clients noting that queries are answered readily and findings explained over the phone, sometimes drawing on Wayne's expertise in discussions that help them decide how to proceed with a purchase.

Turnaround speed is mentioned often, with surveys completed and reports delivered quickly after the initial enquiry, and the booking process itself is described as straightforward from the first call onwards. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the value obtained relative to the fee charged, with the price of the work considered fair. The reassurance provided by the finished report, and the confidence it gives clients to continue with a sale, stands out as the experience that ties these accounts together.
