We spoke with Gary before instructing him, and he immediately put us at ease. He took the time to clearly explain his role and happily answered every one of our questions. When the survey arrived, it was incredibly detailed, and Gary then spent as long as we needed on the phone walking us through the entire report. The report raised a few queries for the seller’s solicitor, and Gary went above and beyond by offering to review the responses with us once they came back. It was hugely reassuring to know he was there to make sure we had everything we needed to feel confident and fully informed.

Chandlers Building Surveyors were asked to do the survey on my property by the people that are purchasing it. Both Gary and his daughter Chloe came to do the survey, they were both very nice, friendly and polite. When I found a property myself, and I did not hesitate to call them in to do the survey for myself. They are very thorough and knowledgeable and gave me a very detailed account of everything. Gary then arranged a time and day that was convenient to talk it through and gave me great advice. Gary goes above and beyond and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone and would use again myself.

Contacted Gary from Chandlers and at relatively short notice he attended my property to conduct an extensive survey, prior to the survey he also contacted my tenant to advise the type of works required for the intrusive inspection to take place.
