Excellent professional service and clear communication. Sarah who was our surveyor has a background in construction, which was a plus. The report that she produced very soon after the inspection, was easy to understand, with attention to detail and several photos. The follow-up conversation we had with her, was also very informative. We would highly recommend the Chichester Surveyors Ltd.
Chichester Surveyors were excellent and I would not hesitate in recommending them. They were extremely communicative, thorough and detailed. The system they use for bookings and information was great and we really appreciated the follow up phone call to run through any queries. Rebecca was also personable and encouraging. Thanks so much
We engaged Chichester Surveyors to undertake a RICS Level 2 Homebuyers survey. They were responsive, competitively priced and provided a good practical service. The survey report provided was comprehensive and gave us with all the information we needed to move forward with our house purchase, fully informed about what we were getting into. Will definitely use them again for any future surveying needs.
