I spoke with Anthony today who went over my Level 2 survey. He was extremely helpful in going over the report and understanding the findings. When I told him, we had decided not to go ahead with the property, he also went out of his way to let me know things to look for in future houses when going for viewings.

so glad we were introduced to this Company via our Estate Agent. We have not moved for 20 + years and they completed an Up to date EPC on the house that we are selling, and just recently a through survey on the house that we are buying. From Katy whom works in the office, always prompt with her emails, and very polite when we speak on the phone, to Kyle who carried out our EPC, respected our property and was very polite and through, To last but not least Antony who completed our Home Buyers Survey on the house we hope to buy, and was readily was available for questions we had over his findings. Antony carried out a very comprehensive Level 2 survey. I highly recommend their services. The report included clear diagrams that made it easy to understand all the key points. They also offer a follow-up telephone discussion after the survey to go through everything in detail, which I found extremely helpful.
This process was so made easy by all staff involved. The man who can was very polite, professiinal and informative. I was worried about it prior as wasn't sure what to expect but he absolutely put me at rest, and did a great job. Communication was excellent, i hsd the report the next day. Huge thank you to them and would recommend them.
