We had a great experience with Christopher Taylor. He is very knowledgable and was approachable when we had questions. We 100% recommend his services.
Christopher acted as our party wall surveyor and we couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. He was professional and very responsive, completing the party wall award within the time agreed. His fees were very reasonable. I would highly recommend!
Chris was very promt and responsive, and an excellent mediator for our worried neighbour. I'd gladly use his services again the future.
Chris responded very quickly and was really helpful in terms of a party wall. Reasonably priced and provided an excellent service within the timescales we needed. Highly recommend!
Chris was great to work with. I recommend his services.
Great service received, needed an urgent turnaround and Chris was amazing assisting and finalising a document for our property purchase. Very knowledgeable and has great expertise - would highly recommend.
We had a fantastic experience working with Chris . From the very beginning, he was clear, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. He took the time to walk us through every step of the process, making sure we understood all the party wall procedures and legal aspects involved. What really stood out was his responsiveness—no matter how many questions we had, he always replied quickly and with clarity. Chris has a calm, reassuring presence and you can tell he genuinely cares about doing things the right way. He also helped coordinate communications with adjoining owners smoothly, which made the entire process much less stressful. His attention to detail and professionalism gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. We would highly recommend Chris anyone in need of party wall advice or service. A truly five-star experience!
