Absolutely stellar service from start to finish! My husband and I contacted Mr Cooper earlier this year to provide us with a surveyor's report and evaluation for our first property. His report was so thorough, which helped us to make an informed decision. Furthermore, the evaluation was instrumental in assisting us in re-negotiating the asking price, saving us a substantial amount. The administrative staff were professional and very quick at responding to our emails. They made the whole process a stress-free one. Would highly recommend!
