Dawe & Co Surveyors

James was great . He provided my husband and I with a comprehensive and detailed survey which in turn allowed us to further negotiate on the purchase of our new home. Very happy with the service. HIghly recommended

I was one of James's first valuations that he undertook as Dawe & Co in May of last year. I had a follow up query more than 12 months later about roof remedial recommendation and he came back to me within an hour clarifying matters and a quality steer. This was also after hours. Professional from beginning to end backed up with continued after service support. Highly recommended

Professional and meticulous, we would highly recommend partnering with Dawe & Co.

I’ve worked with James at Dawe & Co on a number of projects over the years and have always been impressed by the level of professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail they bring to the job. Their communication is excellent, they’re reliable, and they consistently provide clear, practical advice throughout the process. It’s been a pleasure working together, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and highly capable surveyor.

Responsive and available - important for my area of business. Thanks James for your diligence with our recent matter.

After being let down buy another company I contacted James in desperation for a survey. What an amazing service. Managed to fit us in quickly. On the day of the survey James called to give us an update on the property, answered all our questions and concerns. What a wonderful service from start to finish. Highly recommend by us! Thank you ☺️

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided - after buying a property that required lots of work. From the outset, he was professional, thorough, and clearly very knowledgeable. The survey itself was detailed, highlighting potential problems that I would not have spotted myself. I would highly reccomend Dawe & Co.
