Delaney Marling Partnership Ltd

Highly recommend DMP services 👌 they recently completed the building survey for our first house and we were so happy how detailed the report was :)

We recently worked with the Delaney Marling Partnership and couldn’t be more impressed. Both Simon and Kevin were fantastic – thorough, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They welcomed all our questions and provided valuable advice even after the survey was complete. They took the time to meet with us in person, explaining their findings in detail and offering clear recommendations. Their expertise and approachable manner gave us real confidence in understanding the property’s condition. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering a property purchase.

I was recommended to this company by my architect to assist with a party wall survey which was a minefield. Alex Lowsley was professional , knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble he was helpful from start to finish , it went smoothly . Thank you Alex I would highly recommend this company . Brilliant service and reasonably priced

This is the first time I use the survey service in the UK, which was introduced to me by my friend. Thank you for your professional advice, very detailed and quick response. I must introduce your company to my Hong Kong friend.

DMP conducted a building survey and also arranged for an electrical survey for me. I found them to be a straightforward, honest company to deal with. They explained everything clearly and included photos of the problems they discovered, where possible, which was very helpful. They have a breadth of knowledge and experience which made me feel I was in safe hands. They take pride in their work which was delivered on or before time. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Having worked closely with DMP Ltd on various projects, I would highly recommend them. They are great project managers & genuinely nice guys.
