You need to be very cautious of this company and its irresponsible employees. The company was hired as a subcontractor for the job. A total house survey was done for me by one of the employess Nicholas Smart who lost all documentation of me and my house and now avoiding responsibility and any contact. Hours spend for the survey wasted, time taken of work wasted, months awaiting for answers wasted + uncertain personal data breach. If that was a case the company and Mr Smart will find themselves in court and should have his licence revoked.
