Eastern Surveyors

Myself and my partner used Eastern Surveyors to carry out the survey on our first home. We were very satisfied with the quality of the survey carried out by George and recommend Eastern Surveyors for first time buyers. The level of customer care/engagement was also very satisfactory. We found them to be very responsive and the report very detailed and informative.

So impressed by the speed of communication and the fantastic service offered by Alexandra and George! The survey results were not what I had hoped for and it was reassuring to be able to speak to George at length about the results and how best to proceed. They both certainly went above and beyond in all aspects and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to for a trustworthy and thorough surveyor. Thanks again!

We chose Eastern Surveyors because of the brilliant reviews and we're happy to be adding our own 5* review. Very reasonable price and although there was a 3 week lead time for the survey, the turnaround time for the report was less than 2 days - and George was very happy to go through it on the phone with us as it was very thorough. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from Eastern Surveyors from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, the whole process felt quite daunting, but the survey was carried out promptly and the report was clear, detailed and easy to understand. They highlighted everything in a balanced way and gave me confidence in moving forward with the purchase. Communication throughout was professional and efficient. I'd happily recommend Eastern Surveyors to anyone buying a property.

Would really recommend Eastern Surveyors! Alexandra and George were both so helpful throughout the level 2 survey for our first home! Communication was always quick and clear, and they kept us really well updated throughout. They were also really accommodating around difficult availability from our buyers, which we really appreciated during a stressful process. The report was turned around incredibly quickly too, even over a bank holiday and shared within less than one working day. It was really detailed and we found a call after receiving the report with George very useful as first time buyers! Thanks again!

I'm very happy I chose Eastern Surveyors for a recent level 2 survey of my first house purchase. They have been extremely responsive throughout, and sent over the detailed survey far quicker than I expected. The report was very thorough, and can be a little overwhelming for a first time buyer, so I recommend organising a phone call with George to discuss it more casually. He was friendly and helpful, and really helped put my mind at ease, and figure out my next steps. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with RICS Level 2 survey services. They were approachable throughout the process, and communication was very easy from the start. The receptionist was helpful and responsive, and the surveyor spoke with me on the same day the survey was completed, which I really appreciated. The pre- and post-survey calls were excellent and helped me fully understand everything before receiving the final report. The whole process felt professional, clear, and well-managed. I would definitely recommend using them in the future.
