Easton Surveyors Ltd

Tim was very Professional in pointing out the issues with the property we were buying he was very thorough with the survey and went out of his way to fit us in with his busy workload He also travelled a long way to view a property for us and I am so pleased with the service he offers I would definitely use Tim again and would fully recommend him Richard

Tim was great. Good communication and then when we needed to pause the survey last minute he was very understanding and there were no extra charge. When survey finally happen the report was sent in a timely manner.

Very happy with the service, would definitely recommend! We have used Tim's services for level 2 survey on a house we are buying, he was very quick to get booked in with the estate agent and we received the detailed survey within 3 days of the date he carried it out. Also worth noting we had got Tim booked in to survey a house we were previously trying to buy, but the chain fell through prior to the survey being carried out, we let Tim know and he returned our payment promptly.

Recently used Tim Easton for a level 2 home survey for a couple of properties as a first time home buyer. Tim was friendly, quick to respond and very professional. I highly recommend him and am grateful for his expertise. 5 stars throughout!
