EPC Surveys UK

EPC Surveys UK is a land surveyor based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. The company began working in energy performance certificates in 2007 and has over 20 years of experience in the property industry. It has completed more than 50,000 orders since 2007 and has carried out thousands of commercial and domestic EPC assessments across the country. EPC Surveys UK specialises in commercial portfolio work. It offers domestic and commercial energy performance certificates.

The company is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds NHER and Stroma accreditation. It runs additional monthly training sessions for assessors. EPC Surveys UK can turn around an EPC in 24 hours; domestic certificates are aimed to be delivered within the same day as inspection, while commercial certificates and building surveys are normally delivered within 48 hours of the site survey.

Energy Performance Certificates are the central service that customers of this Bradford-based firm describe in their feedback, with Shamraiz and Mr Hussain regularly named as the surveyors who carried out the assessments. A point made in several accounts is the speed of the whole process, from the initial enquiry through to the certificate being issued, with several customers noting that appointments were arranged for the next day and that the surveyor arrived at the agreed time. Reviews time and again mention the helpfulness of the advice provided, describing it as invaluable and extending praise to both the administrative team and the surveyor on site.

Clear communication before and after the visit is another theme, with customers noting that enquiries were answered almost immediately and that the report followed without delay. The pricing is described as competitive and reasonable, particularly when compared with what estate agencies charge for the same certificate. Tidiness and professionalism during the inspection are also highlighted, alongside the friendly and efficient manner of the staff. The consistent thread running through the accounts is a straightforward, well-organised service that delivers the EPC promptly and at a fair cost.
