Foresite Surveyors Ltd

Excellent service. Our survey was done quickly and efficiently, and all communication was great. Jon took the time to talk through the survey report and answer any questions.

Excellent service from Jon from start to finish. Communication was brilliant throughout and the survey report was extremely detailed, thorough and professionally presented. Unfortunately the initial appointment could not go ahead due to access issues with the property seller, however Jon handled the situation professionally throughout and rearranged things as quickly as possible despite being extremely busy. What really stood out was the follow up support afterwards. Jon took the time to discuss the report with me properly, explain the findings in plain English and put a lot of the concerns into realistic context, which was hugely helpful as a first-time buyer. Very knowledgeable, approachable and clearly takes pride in providing a high quality service rather than rushing through surveys. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional and honest surveyor.

Jonathan was incredibly helpful in getting our Level 2 HomeBuyer Survey completed. He was really informative and explanatory throughout the entire process, both before instructing the firm and afterwards. He also took time out of his day to talk through the report page by page and explain his findings in detail. The report itself was very thorough, included plenty of photos, and avoided too much jargon so it was easy for the average person to understand. Overall, a 5* service and we would absolutely recommend anyone looking to complete a survey on a prospective property to use Foresite Surveyors. We would happily use them again in the future.

Jon was absolutely brilliant from start to finish - talking through and explaining every step of the way. So much better than a faceless company. He went way beyond what we asked him to do. Would 100% recommend his services.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Jon for a house survey . He was very quick with communication and was honest about the type of survey we needed. He carried out a Level 2 survey for us and it was carried out within a week and the report sent over the next day. His incredible turnaround time and detailed report was amazing. The follow up phone call helped us understand the information in the report and made us feel a lot more confident about our decision. Definitely use Foresite Surveyors for any house survey, you will not be disappointed.

I had a great experience working with Jon. He is very knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in his work. From start to finish, he was responsible, reliable, and easy to communicate with. What really stood out was his efficiency — the report was completed within just a few days after the visit, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, Jon is friendly and approachable while maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout. The post-survey call was also incredibly helpful, taking the time to clearly explain the findings and answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Jon to anyone looking for a thorough and dependable surveyor.

Efficient, professional, and clear throughout. Jon thoroughly explained the service upfront, scheduled and completed the survey promptly, and walked us through the report in detail, everything was easy to understand. Highly recommended!
