Excellent service from Jon from start to finish. Communication was brilliant throughout and the survey report was extremely detailed, thorough and professionally presented. Unfortunately the initial appointment could not go ahead due to access issues with the property seller, however Jon handled the situation professionally throughout and rearranged things as quickly as possible despite being extremely busy. What really stood out was the follow up support afterwards. Jon took the time to discuss the report with me properly, explain the findings in plain English and put a lot of the concerns into realistic context, which was hugely helpful as a first-time buyer. Very knowledgeable, approachable and clearly takes pride in providing a high quality service rather than rushing through surveys. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional and honest surveyor.
Jonathan was incredibly helpful in getting our Level 2 HomeBuyer Survey completed. He was really informative and explanatory throughout the entire process, both before instructing the firm and afterwards. The report itself was very thorough, included plenty of photos, and avoided too much jargon so it was easy for the average person to understand. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jon for a house survey . He was very quick with communication and was honest about the type of survey we needed.
