Graham + Sibbald

Graham + Sibbald in Aberdeen is described by several customers in relation to survey and valuation work, including energy performance certificates and property valuations. Reviewers frequently point to professional conduct as a concern, with accounts of valuations that were felt to be significantly below expectations and a subsequent valuation from another firm described as fairer. Communication and handling of problems come up often: one customer reports being treated unprofessionally without an apology even after the firm acknowledged an error, while another describes damage caused during a survey and a refusal to accept responsibility or offer compensation.

A further account refers to a locksmith being called out following a visit. Positive notes do appear, with one customer praising the service received for an EPC and another describing a building as well maintained with pleasant staff. Several reviewers state they would not use the company again, citing unresolved issues, a lack of accountability and a perceived failure to put things right in relation to surveys, valuations and the condition of a property visited.
