Matthew was very helpful, and knowledgable, right from the start, even recommending not to waste our money on a Level 3 Survey, which was not necessary on a property of that age without major extensions. He kept us informed, and was happy to give us a verbal report immediately after completing the survey, as we had to make decisions for a quick Exchange of Contract.
