We used Jeff for 2 surveys (level 3s) and he was great. He organised the surveys with the EAs and kept us in the loop of when they were going to be carried out (both of which took place a week or so after contacting Jeff). The report was very detailed but broken down into really clear sections so it wasn’t overwhelming. Loads of pictures were taken and included in the report so we could see what the issues were. Jeff then called us after the report was sent to us and we’d had time to read it so we could ask any questions. After our first house fell through there was no doubt we were going to use him again. Really fair price and worth it for the reassurance. Thanks Jeff!
Had Jeff carry out a survey for us. His service is fantastic and extremely professional. After ringing him to arrange the survey he told me what he would do, when he would do it and what to expect. He stuck to his word and the report was extremely in-depth and covered everything. His report came a couple of days earlier than expected. The day after the survey report was emailed to me Jeff called me and explained in depth the contents of the report. He answered every question I had and really put my mind at ease over the report. A highly recommended service to anyone needing a property survey.
Jeff is a friendly and very knowledgeable surveyor. He responds quickly to messages and queries. Survey was analytical and he will give you a call after a couple of days to explain everything to you. I definitely recommend using his services.
I can most definitely recommend Jeff Scott and the service he provides as a surveyor. As someone mentioned in an earlier review for Jeff, Jeff is very professional and sees his work as almost like an advisor with your interests in mind. He is very thorough. I was very pleased with his work.
Excellent service - Jeff always responded quickly to our messages and was able to offer us a home inspection the following week. The well prepared report was available only a few days after the inspection and he was available by phone to answer any questions. I recommend to use his service! It makes the home buying process much more relaxed
Top professional, great advice
