Have had an excellent experience with the Home Report Company. Really helpful and friendly when I called for advice and to make an appointment. They were able to give me a date and time to suit which was really helpful. Andrew who was our Chartered Surveyor was on time, friendly and polite and really helpful when I asked questions. Would recommend to anyone needing a home report done on their property or business

They are excellent. Andrew the surveyor did the report up in 2 working days and was very swift replying to questions. Lisa Scott the manager is truly top notch, I'm impressed by her efficiency and client management skills. I can totally recommend.

Huge mistake using this company. They missed the fact that 1 window has condensation building in it. Missed the fact that all windows have a draft coming in among other issues that the failed to notice. I could have made a reduced offer if they surveyor had done their job! Do not use this company if youre buying a home. Waste of £500

DO NOT USE The seller of the house the have purchased used this company who carried out the report very efficiently however when it came to us, the buyers, getting a mortgage, none of the big banks have this company on their lenders panel. This includes RBS, Halifax and Barclays. In order to progress with the mortgage the seller had to decide to pay for another home report or accept the new valuation from the mortgage lender. This delayed the process for both parties and cost the seller more money.

The booking and pre visit paperwork was dealt with very efficiently by the admin team, Andrew came to the house to check it over, early rather than late which was encouraging. He was very friendly, helpful and efficient. He has subsequently delivered the report by email within the expected time frame. Good job at a good price !
