Hudson Party Wall Surveyors (RICS)

Working with Simon to secure party wall awards for our renovation was a incredibly smooth experience, despite the complexities of coordinating with 4 neighboring parties with 2 different surveyors. His deep knowledge and exceptional attention to detail gave us complete confidence throughout the process. What truly set him apart was his persistence in chasing things down and driving progress, paired with proactive, regular updates that kept us informed every step of the way. I wish I could hire him to manage all of our project works! I couldn't recommend Simon more highly.
