Keith spent over 6 hours surveying the property I wish to purchase and he has written such a comprehensive report, which really has given me peace of mind. I will follow up on his suggestions with my solicitors and even have a list of maintenance issues for the future. I've used many surveyors over the years, having bought and sold 5 homes and Keith has been gold standard, I wish I'd used him on every other purchase!
