I will follow up on his suggestions with my solicitors and even have a list of maintenance issues for the future. I've used many surveyors over the years, having bought and sold 5 homes and Keith has been gold standard, I wish I'd used him on every other purchase!
I couldn’t recommend Keith highly enough. Very personable and professional. After chatting on the phone he got back to me very promptly with a quote and I had the survey booked in for the following week. He called me the evening of the survey to talk through his findings and then the full report was with me before the end of the week. He really made us feel like no question was too silly to ask and it was obvious talking to him that he was very experienced in what he does. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him to friends and family. 10/10! Thank you!
We have just had a level 2 buyers report done by Keith due to our new property being an old barn conversion. Straight away we were put at ease with Keiths professionalism and quality of service. The innitial feedback straight after the report had been finished was in depth and constructive, he literally looked at everything! Keith has just carried out a level 2 homebuyers survey for us on a property that we are buying. He was very personable, professional and answered any queries that we raised. He was quick to carry out the survey even phoning us the same day with the highlights of the survey and subsequently supplying a comprehensive written report. In what is the largest expenditure that someone makes it was reassuring to use Keith and we would definitely recommend him.
