We used Lantic Building Surveyors for our move, and we are really grateful that we did! The first survey offered so much information and detail that we made the right decision to pull out of that particular purchase. The house had too many structural problems for us to take on, and we really feel we dodged a bullet. We used them again a second time as we knew we would get really good value for our money, again a huge amount of information and detail, and we are now happily living in that house. Highly recommend

We instructed Dan of Lantic to provide a level 2 home survey for our recent house purchase and from start to finish the experience was fantastic. I had a full structural survey done of my house. I recieved a 93 page report that covered everything from Damp to door handles. It has been invaluable to me when planning my approach what work needs doing to the house. For example I am putting in new floor vents in my extenstion which will save the floor joists from rotting in the long term. I was able to ask questions after I recieved the report which has helped clarify how I should talk to the builders and what I should ask them to do. I can highly recomend Lantic Building Surveyors

Justin did an excellent job on our survey, he promptly sent us a really thorough report which highlighted a things to consider that we wouldn't have spotted otherwise. The report will be really helpful in enabling us to understand the key aspects of our property we need to work on. He was also very helpful in answering our follow-up questions and taking the time to talk to us about the findings and investigate some of the issues further. I would really recommend Justin to anyone looking to get a survey done in this area.

We had a level 3 survey done with Lantic. It was quick and efficient to arrange and we received a quick and thorough report. Dan gave us a detailed report and it was much appreciated that he took the time to talk us though the findings and help us understand any concerns.

Lantic helped with a L3 survey for a period house I was looking to buy in Bishopston, and from start to finish, Justin (our surveyor) was fantastic. We completed on the purchase last week.
