Ronnie and Cheryl were very responsive and helpful for me as FTB. Ronnie spoke to me a few times on the phone to advise around some issues with a purchase which I decided to back out of due to concerns raised by Ronnie which the seller couldn't account for. Ronnie then did my survey on the next purchase which hopefully will go much smoother. Cannot recommend Ronnie's services enough. Thank you both!

Ronnie carried out a comprehensive survey on a large residential property for me, followed by a detailed and informative report which was completed within the agreed 5 working days. Considering the detail the report went into, this was a relatively quick turnaround. Both Ronnie and Amanda were very professional and available throughout to answer any questions. Following the report, I had a detailed discussion with Ronnie to go over a few points. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

We employed London Building Surveyors to undertake a condition survey for a house we were buying in London. We were very impressed with the service provided. Amanda was both friendly and prompt in her response to our queries. Ronnie produced a concise and informative report within the promised 5 working days and answered several questions prompted by the report. The cost of the survey was very reasonable. I Smell some fake reviews from friends. Not that good at all!. Update. I’ve seen your reply here and it seems you claim any negative review is from someone who you never worked with. Not sure what details you’re checking from a Google account. However, I have experience with your company and Ronnie who is not thorough nor clear in his reports, this comes from personal experience. Wild speculation and suggestion covered with clever wording to cover himself without due diligence. I stand by my opinion.
