Miihaus Property Surveyors

Stefan’s thoroughness and attentiveness was fantastic for my Level 3 survey for a period property in a nearby village. In our follow-up call he was patient and explained everything to me, the risks posed and gave me a priority list of what mattered. Fantastic small business

We had a level 3 survey completed by Stefan for a house we were buying. The report was incredibly thorough and I also had a chat with Stefan separately which was very informative. Based on his findings we were able to lower the asking price of the property as well. Would definitely recommend his services.

Highly recommend. Professional, very thorough, efficient and got back to me quickly despite being on holiday. The best survey I've seen. Much appreciated Stefan!

Stefan is thorough in his work. From the start he took his time to explain everything and made it all easy for us. His report is very detailed and highlighted issues that we didnt see when we visited the property, I would highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience with Stefan. Very detailed report, quick turnaround and great communication. Would recommend.

I contacted Stefan to carry out a level 3 survey for a property I am purchasing in Milton Keynes. The communication was second to none, his report was extremely detailed and helped identify a number of issues that we would not have picked up until it was too late, as a result of his thorough report we renegotiated the house sale price and saved over 35 thousand pounds which will go towards correcting these issues. I would employ him again in a flash.

Stefan provided a professional, high quality, supportive and courteous service in all areas of the survey. His inspection of the property was really thorough. A detailed report followed, and included valuable advice. Answers to a number of queries were given willingly, with offers of further help if required. His guidance prevented a costly and stressful mistake. Thank you for the service provided which was over and above expectation.
