Can’t recommend enough. Really reasonably priced, had some silly quotes from mortgage advisor … decided to do our own research and glad we did as Sam has been great. Even the rest of the team were super helpful and the customer service has been great. When I’ve had a panicky moment at 7oclock at night Sam was extremely reassuring. Report was thorough and covered exactly what we wanted, and all questions relating to the survey were answered swiftly. If you need a survey doing in Leeds I would highly recommend!!!

After finding damp issues and contacting some 'damp proofing' companies that offered contradicting, confusing, and ridiculously expensive suggestions, we contacted Sam for a damp and timber survey and independent advice. Sam investigated the issue thoroughly, explained all of the causes very clearly, and offered clear advice on solutions. He remained available afterwards for follow up questions and any queries. Sam not only provides an extensive report for building surveys (as per property needs) but also backs it with a good call/discussion to wrap it up. This report & call is very useful as it helps me taking an informed decision on the right price of the property to buy.
