NHA Surveyors

I am very happy with the service I received from Neil in doing the survey on our purchase property. Excellent communication, prompt delivery with a clear and comprehensive report and on any queries raised. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Our survey was speedy and detailed. As a first time buyer Neil explained in detail what we needed to know/ what needed doing to the property. Thanks Neil! Would highly recommend

Second survey I have had done by Neil and wouldn't go anywhere else! Really swift and comprehensive service. The report was easy to read and Neil was professional and helpful. Would recommend!

Had a very poor interaction with their surveyor after giving him access to our home as a third-party surveyor for a contractor working on our property. I found him in my bedroom going through my personal belongings. When challenged, he gave a poor excuse as to why he was doing so. I wouldn't trust this man in an empty room, let alone my home or work place.

Neil's communication was excellent from the start, and he quickly and easily arranged our booking. We opted for a Level 2 survey without a valuation, and the survey was highly detailed, including actionable recommendations to address potential risks. The report was delivered promptly within 48 hours, and I would definitely use his services again for any future needs.

I'm a first time buyer and instructed Neil Harris to do a home survey , Neil successfully completed it in 48 hours. Amazing professional service .. I'd recommend him as he was charming , honest and exceptionally knowledgeable due to being highly skilled in this field .. would use Neil again in the future if needed .. thanks

We used NHA Surveyors as the independent surveyor for the our property purchase. Neil was superb - polite, honest, efficient and produced a very comprehensive and well-presented property survey report. Absolutely delighted with the service he provided and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
