Had a very poor interaction with their surveyor after giving him access to our home as a third-party surveyor for a contractor working on our property. I found him in my bedroom going through my personal belongings. When challenged, he gave a poor excuse as to why he was doing so. I wouldn't trust this man in an empty room, let alone my home or work place.

Neil's communication was excellent from the start, and he quickly and easily arranged our booking. We opted for a Level 2 survey without a valuation, and the survey was highly detailed, including actionable recommendations to address potential risks. The report was delivered promptly within 48 hours, and I would definitely use his services again for any future needs.

Was very efficient. However deatiled in our report no signs of woodworm and no issues with roof however upon moving into the property we have found clear signs of woodworm in upstairs doors and frames that we had assessed to be old infestations and then upon further investigation a wider spread issue in floorboards that could have been questioned and investigated further before purchase. We have also found issues with the roof line gable end and porch that 2 roofers have inspected and confirmed this is clearly visible from the ground without ladders. This is now another issue we have to correct that could have been questioned and further investigated prior to purchase.
