Partywall notices are complicated, you may think you can handle it yourself, but from my experience it's not worth trying. For peace of mind and a honest, professional service I'd recommend partywall.expert. Richard worked quickly and filled myself and my neighbor with confidence, which is exactly what we needed.

Very informative and thorough service with an extremely detailed report. Would highly recommend. Thanks for all your time and support Richard!

Richard was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the process and worked with me to turn round the party wall agreement quickly.

Really appreciated Richard’s knowledge and experience in Party Wall matters. Richard took the time to provide me with all the information needed and gave me the confidence that my interpretation of the legislation was corred, enabling me to be able to proceed with my renovation. Would highly recommend.

Richard and his team fully deserve this 5 star review. My brother and I were recommended to him at short notice, when confronted with a Party Wall issue that was a challenge. Richard was excellent throughout. He was very knowledgeable, reassuring and always responded quickly to all our queries. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to his excellent service, the matter has now been resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend Richard, he really did provide a First Class service. Thank you so much.

Fantastic service from Richard and team. I had a party wall issue that emerged last minute. Potentially resulting in me needing to cancel a solar panel installation that was to start imminently (the scaffolding was already up). Within 10 days the issue was fully resolved. I can’t recommend Richard more highly more his advice and support.

I contacted Richard about a neighbour of ours who is building a single story extension using our party wall without a party wall agreement. The neighbour is quite intimidating and from day one said he has never got a party wall agreement and wasn't going to start now. Richard advised us of our legal options. We thank him for his efficiency, time and expert advise.
