The service David and the team at Portland Surveys provided was great. He managed to fit us in promptly, communication was good and the report thorough. Would definitely recommend.

David was extremely helpful from start to finish. Worth every penny as the survey potentially saved me up to £14,000 in ongoing costs down the line due to a number of structural issues I wouldn't have known about otherwise. Found a new property and used Portland again. David identified some water ingress from poor flashing around the chimney. As such I was able to get the vendor to replace the flashing and fix the leak prior to completion. Very thorough and reliable.
