He even called me on the day of the survey to go through the intial findings, which he explained very clearly. The final report was thorough and produced very quickly, with helpful pictures that made everything easy to understand. Adam also offered support and guidance following the survey, which was really helpful and much appreciated. I would highly recommend his services to friends and family and would certainly use this company again.

We had an L3 survey done recently and Adam was great. He called me on the day of the survey to go through the main findings / issues and we received the full report promptly a couple of days later. Would give 6 stars if it let me. Absolutely superb service. I've had three surveys done by Roberts Home Surveys and the quality of inspection and reporting is first rate. Adam found issue's I'd not noticed via viewings and he has been extremely thorough with his inspections (and fair). An especially nice touch is a phone call de-brief after the survey to talk through what has been looked at and seen so you haven't got to wait for the written report for the headlines... saying that the reports are always with you quickly, well written with detailed photographs too. Highly recommend as a company.
Highly recommend. After making the initial enquiry I was quickly sent a quote, and was able to get a date booked in for about a fortnights time. After the survey took place Adam called me to talk through the survey findings, highlighting the key areas, and helpfully answering the questions I had. He explained everything in a really clear way.
