Steve Butler - Surveyors Birmingham handled a building survey for a client, who reports that the appointment was booked promptly and a competitive price was offered by Steve Butler himself. Email enquiries were answered quickly. The customer met him outside the property following the inspection, where the main issues were explained and shown in person.

The special checks that had been requested were also all carried out. The written report was ready the next day, giving the client a helpful list of things to weigh up. The work is described as quick and efficient from start to finish, with the condition of the property talked through face to face after the visit.
