Strictly surveying

James recently completed a Level 3 survey for us. Before receiving the report, James gave us a call and told us verbally what his findings were, answering all queries and offering valuable knowledge and experience. This was very much appreciated!! The report took just 3 days to arrive and was excellently detailed with very clear photographs. We are first time buyers and found our experience with Strictly Surveying to be very straightforward. They were happy to offer guidance with parts of the process we were unsure about too. We also felt reassured in knowing that James was familiar with the area we were looking to buy in. I've recently had a Level 3 survey from Strictly Surveying on a property I'm purchasing and I cannot fault these guys at all. From an initial quote, to a quick check in call with Lawrence, to then getting a survey booked in that week! James, the surveyor, was very thorough and called me straight after the survey was conducted to explain the process, what to expect in the report and kept me in the loop as to the scoring system. At a competitive price too, these are a must look for surveying.

We had a level 2 survey completed a couple of weeks ago. All the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful explaining how the survey will be completed and the service I would receive. On the day of the survey James who completed the survey had a call with myself and explained everything very clearly. The report was completed and returned to myself very quickly too which was detailed and included plenty of pictures. James said he would also be available for a call after I had reviewed the survey if needed which is really helpful.
