Excellent service. Mahmoud provided a clear and comprehensive survey report and was happy to answer all queries. We would happily use his services again and recommend him wholeheartedly. Thank you again Mahmoud.

Very professional. Thank you

Really professional and punctual service from Mahmoud. Very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions!

We opted for a level 2 home buyers report with Mahmoud. He was very professional and thorough in his survey and also helped us understand some complex elements of the housing survey. Highly recommended!

Mahmoud, put simply, was fantastic all of the way through the process. At the time we were looking to buy an aged property that we knew needed work but wanted to make sure that we weren’t missing anything. In his forensic approach he discovered a number of items (that were big red flags) which aided us massively when we had conversations with the vendor on the original price. To add to it, he was a lovely chap! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic service. Mahmoud happily took multiple calls from me to ensure I was fully satisfied on any queries I had following his prompt report for our survey. He happily offered to follow through on further checks for us. Couldn't recommend his services any more!
