Great service by Tom Barnes. From the first phone call right through to the final contact, service was A1. The lady taking the booking in the beginning was polite and very efficient. The survey was very professional and detailed. Tom called me as promised the day after the survey to talk things through. He was very detailed, explained everything in easy to understand language!! Definitely recommend. Great service all round.

Nothing to fault really. Everything since the booking of our survey was so transparent and fast. The call after the survey took place was informative, we received our report a day before they said it would be ready and it was so clear and detailed with so many pictures taken that we now have a really clear picture in regard to the house that we are buying and what we have to do next. We are so thankful and really recommend this company if you're looking for a competent surveyor!
I was very pleased with my experience with Tom Barnes Surveyors. Booking through their website was easy and I thought the price was fair. The surveyor was great and called me on the afternoon after he completed the survey on the property I'm buying to talk me through his findings before sending the report over. He was very clear and helpful during our conversation. The survey itself was clear and detailed with the findings. Most things were not a surprise but there were some items I had overlooked and am glad I am now aware of them before completing my purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to engage their services again or recommend then to friends and family.
