Trust Surveyors Ltd

Trust Surveyors Ltd is an independent firm established in 2023 and based in the Liverpool City Region. It was founded by Sean Pearson, who has over ten years of experience in the surveying industry. Sean Pearson studied Building Surveying BSc at Liverpool John Moore University, graduating in 2012. He progressed from a trainee building surveyor to a senior surveyor and eventually a partner at a respected North West practice.

He is an Associate Member and Registered Valuer of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and an RICS Inspire Ambassador. Trust Surveyors Ltd is registered with The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is trusted by numerous solicitors, estate agents, financial advisors and mortgage brokers. The firm provides property surveys, valuations and domestic energy assessment services to Liverpool and the surrounding areas.

Homebuyers and sellers make up much of the custom described in feedback on this Liverpool surveying practice, with Help to Buy valuations, level 3 surveys and pre-purchase inspections all featuring in the accounts. A theme that recurs is the speed of the written report, which several clients say arrived far sooner than expected and on one occasion inside a day. Reviewers often mention the thoroughness of the inspection and the follow-up telephone call in which the main findings are explained and questions answered.

Sean is the surveyor named most often, praised for responding promptly to calls and emails, keeping clients updated at every stage and remaining available once the work is finished. His attention to detail is credited with identifying serious problems that stopped one purchase from going ahead and with giving confidence in a later property. Instructions are described as straightforward to arrange, with the surveyor arriving when agreed and working professionally throughout. Pricing is called reasonable, and repeat use of the service is mentioned. The manner of the surveyor is consistently described as friendly and approachable.
