A great experience from start to finish. We contacted a handful of surveyors for quotes and timeframes and Trusted Home Surveys were by far best value and could get a surveyor out quicker than any of the other companies. They were really helpful, friendly and communicative throughout the process. The survey was completed on the date agreed and came back much quicker than expected with the report. The report was easy to follow, thorough with lots of photos and an offer of a follow up call with the surveyor who was really friendly and gave such straightforward and constructive advice. A shame it came up with SO many red flags but I can't blame them for that (!!) ...just pleased I found out it was so bad structurally before we considered purchasing. I would definitely recommend and am due to use them again. Thank you THS.
