Ward Howard Chartered Surveyors Cambridge

I’ve been quite disappointed with the service provided by the party wall surveyor, Mr. Isitt, who was acting on behalf of my neighbour. Communication was extremely slow, and it often felt as though there was little consideration given to our side throughout the process. While I understand that a surveyor must remain impartial, the lack of responsiveness and empathy made the whole experience very frustrating. I sincerely hope that communication and timeliness will be improved in the future.

Geoffrey provided a comprehensive review for us. He took the time to talk us through the options beforehand, and after the survey was complete went through the report over the phone highlighting areas he wanted us to take note of. The report was comprehensive, professional and very helpful. Well worth the money.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Ward Howard - from the first phone call when we were at once put through to Geoff Isitt to discuss our needs...to the very prompt and detailed valuation sent to us. All of this at a very reasonable price and with friendly, courteous service throughout: strongly recommended!

This is the second time we have used John from Ward Howard for a home buyers survey and were just as pleased with his work this time, as we were the first time round. He and Karen make a great team, everything was handled competently and punctually and any questions we had were answered quickly. Thank you everyone! Would 100% recommend.

John Howard, from Ward Howard Surveyors, gave us an excellent service. He explained the findings to us over the phone prior to sending the written report. Once we received the report he was available to answer further questions, and he responded to our email detailing further suggestions of how to address the issues he discovered. Very kind, friendly, and personable service, highly recommended!

Geoffrey Isitt was an excellent house detective/surveyor!! He uncovered an expensive problem we were unaware of. He is honest and reliable. We are thankful for his good work.

Excellent service. John takes the time to discuss with you the different survey types, makes plenty of comments after the visit and following the site report. Sharing his experience about the different potential problems makes it very valuable. Thank you again John.
