Watkins Surveyors

Very easy to talk to Geoff and he understood just what I needed and reported back promptly. Kept me informed and was competitively priced.

Mr Watkins offers a 1st class service. Very helpful , Very Professional and I would highly recommend his services.

Long story short, I actually can’t comment on the quality of a report as we unfortunately had to cancel the survey. Nevertheless, Geoff has been absolutely excellent through the process of trying to purchase a house, given lots of excellent advice and refunded us promptly when it became apparent that we would not be able to have him survey the property in time (not his fault at all). Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again in future.

We are so pleased we chose Watkins Surveyors for our survey when purchasing a house. Geoff was thorough in his work and report. His communication was prompt and complete. Do recommend.

Geoff did an excellent job on the survey from start to finish. His communication was clear, timely, and professional throughout the process, making everything easy to coordinate. He took the time to explain key details and was always available to answer questions, which made a big difference. The quality of the survey itself was outstanding; moreover, It was thorough, accurate, and well-presented. It was clear that great care and attention to detail went into the work. I would highly recommend Geoff to anyone looking for a reliable and highly competent surveyor.

I booked a valuation with Geoff and he was fantastic throughout the process. Very helpful and professional and he provided valuable answers throughout the process. I would highly recommend him!

We recently used Geoff when needing a RICS valuation to sell our house, after having a negative experience with a different company we were really pleased when Geoff was able to carry out the valuation in such short notice. Geoff was excellent from start to finish, friendly, professional and happy to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend Watkins Surveyor's and would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!
