We have had an excellent experience with Chris Snape at Whitecroft Surveyors. He has been incredibly thorough and helpful in guiding us through our (many!) questions. His advice has been pragmatic and very helpful in getting us to exchange and thereafter. Highly recommend.

Instructed Chris for a Level 3 building survey on a period property. Inspected one day, full report in my inbox two days later, and it was thorough enough that it changed how I approached the purchase. What stood out was afterwards. I came back with nineteen detailed follow-up questions and he answered every one properly, in writing, at no extra charge. Where something sat outside his remit he said so plainly and told me who to ask, rather than guessing. He flagged what mattered, told me where to reserve judgement, and never once tried to sell me something I didn't need. Exactly what you want from a surveyor. Recommended.

We have used Whitecroft for two surveys now. Chris has been incredibly helpful, his diligence and expertise are top notch, the surveys are concise, thorough and substantial. Chris has also helped us many times following the survey, providing a phone call breaking down the main survey findings and answering any and all questions that we had. He continues to be of great assistance and advice in our house purchase, can't recommend Whitecroft enough.

We were recommended Chris by my parents who have recently used him in their purchase. He has also completed many of our friends and is spoken very highly of. Being first time buyers, we were unsure of the processes, however Chris made it very clear to us throughout. We had some timing issues and he was very understanding and nothing was too much effort.
