Excellent service. Quick turnaround from point of contact to end. .Attended the property on the date given and had the report to me on the day they said they would. couldn't have asked for any better service.
We used Woods to do a survey on a 1930s detached property we were buying. Great communication throughout, very thorough survey, great team and a good price. Highly recommended!
We were very happy and impressed with our survey done by Steve. It was thorough and informative. We felt confident in deciding what work will need doing on the property and which issues need seeing to either sooner or later. It is really helpful having this information to hand for future reference. The communication was fantastic. When we had some questions about issues raised by the survey Steve talked things through with my partner and was extremely helpful and professional. If anyone is looking for a great and honest survey I highly recommend Woods.
Woods, replied promptly to initial contact and provided a clear and concise breakdown of options and costs. The survey was conducted quickly and a verbal report was provided once the survey was completed. The written report was provided on time and was both comprehensive and easy to read and understand. All in all exactly what you require from a surveyor!
Front office very helpful in arranging booking. Survey report was delivered promptly and very detailed. Surveyor was happy to be telephoned about queries we had and provided helpful clarification.
Great service. I received a quick 5 minute call from the surveyor soon after the visit to explain any major issues found and was promised the full written report within one week. This was actually received the very next day. The report was comprehensive including explanations of any findings together with photos including drone footage of the roof and chimney. Overall, I’m extremely impressed and happy with the service provided.
Great company; so easy to contact, organise and communicate with. Updates were frequent and report was thorough - great peace of mind for me as a first time buyer living alone
