The attending Surveyor was prompt, polite and answered all my questions. The charge was very competitive and the report was received well within the timeframe quoted.

Outstanding service from Jake. His response to my enquiry was very quick and he discussed the type of survey required for our property roof.He was incredibly professional and the survey was completed within 3 days and on a bank holiday! We certainly felt this was above and beyond as this helped fit in with our availability. Nothing was to much trouble, he listened, was supportive and answered question on the day and we received an in depth report within the week. Jake was more than happy to answer further questions by email and personally on the phone so that we fully understood everything that was required.Thank you Jake and we would highly recommend Woods Surveyors.

Excellent professional service, very reasonably proces, for high quality level 3 survey and report. Very supportive, with Jake, the surveyor, giving a full, initial verbal report on the day of the survey followed up by the detailed report, a week later, and then a further call to review some queries arising around some of the points raised. Yes - great customer service from start to finish! The office staff and the surveyor were friendly and efficient. The report was fair, thorough and completed quickly for a fee that was considerably less than that of other surveyors working in the same area. We were well informed throughout and payment was easy.

Great customer service right from the start. Kept well informed. Survey was easy to book and quick to arrange. Surveyor contacted us directly on day of survey to go through findings before report was sent out so we knew what was coming. Surveyor was polite, helpful and used language we could understand. The report is well structured, easy to understand and usefully, has a section at the end with recommendations of questions/follow ups for the Solicitors, taking away some of the difficulty in a stressful house buying process. Would definitely use again and will recommend to others.
