Karl has carried out a number of Level 2 Homebuyer surveys for us in Ferndown, Dorset and New Milton, Hampshire. He delivered a completely professional service. He responded to emails/phone calls promptly, and organised surveys within tight timescales. His reports were clear, knowledgeable and detailed. He spent a lot of time on follow-up discussions, answering all our queries. He made it easy for us to understand the extent of any repairs needed, so we could be confident that we were buying structurally sound property. He also gave us valuation advice, so we could assess whether our target properties were sound financial investments. On more than one occasion he saved us a substantial amount by identifying serious defects. Given that we decided to abort certain purchases because of structural issues, he also did everything possible to keep his charges reasonable, so the support we received from him throughout the purchasing process represented fantastic value for money. We had karl do a couple of surveys on potential properties. The reports were very detailed and explained a lot. There were pictures to back up any findings. Karl was also on call on a couple of other properties and gave us useful advice. He offered a variety of services which included an accompanied visit to a house viewing to identify any potential problems. Very good service and would defiantly recommend.
